Here it is, the all-new electric Chevrolet Silverado! Impressive in every way, the new electric Chevrolet Silverado offers exceptional power, advanced performance, great range and exclusive technologies that will be greatly appreciated by electric Silverado owners.


Here's everything you need to know about the all-new electric Chevrolet Silverado.


It will arrive in 2023 as a 2024 model


The new Chevrolet Silverado will launch as a 2024 model in late 2023. The first version will be the Silverado EV RST First Edition model.


Several versions will be offered


The electric Silverado will be offered in several versions. Eventually, it will probably have as many versions available as the current Silverado including a Trail Boss model, a WT (Work Truck) version and RST models.


2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV prices


The 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV will be available starting at around $52,448 while the RST First Edition model will be offered at over $112,000. The other versions will be offered between the two prices.


The electric Chevrolet Silverado will be very powerful


The Chevrolet Silverado EV will be offered with several engine options. The most powerful engine in the Silverado EV lineup will be a twin engine that offers 660 horsepower and 780 lb-ft of torque! Imagine being able to reach 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.


Other versions will have an electric motor with 510 horsepower and 615 lb-ft of torque instead.


It will have an impressive towing capacity


The RST First Edition version will be able to tow up to 10,000 lbs while the Work Truck model will be able to tow 8,000 lbs. That said, Chevrolet claims that the Silverado EV will be able to tow up to 20,000 lbs in its most powerful version!


The Chevrolet Silverado Electric will have advanced technologies


The Chevrolet Silverado Electric will offer advanced connectivity and performance technologies, including an adaptive suspension that allows the suspension to be raised and lowered by 50 mm. Then, it will be offered with a removable bulkhead that pulls back to lengthen the box called the Midgate which Chevrolet fans will know very well.
